4.4.2024, 14:00 – 4.4.2024, 18:30, Innsbruck, Austria
In the run-up to the Passive House Conference, representatives of cities and towns as well as housing associations will meet for a special two-part workshop. You are cordially invited to join us!
Part I (2.00 pm - 4.00 pm)
The first part of this workshop is particularly relevant for representatives of local administrations. It provides participants with an initial/in-depth overview of the implementation of public building projects to the Passive House standard or as EnerPHit refurbishments. The special features, potentials and advantages of these two standards will be highlighted. Participants will then learn specific strategies for the successful, highly energy-efficient implementation of their building projects by looking at examples of successful public projects in which individual measures have enabled a significant improvement in building comfort as well as significant energy savings in operation.
Part II (4.30 pm - 6.30 pm)
The second part of the workshop will focus specifically on the serial refurbishment of social housing and is therefore aimed in particular at public and private housing companies. Differences to non-PH/EnerPHit projects in terms of reducing thermal bridges and ensuring airtightness will be presented and further challenges in high-quality building refurbishments to the EnerPHit standard will be discussed. Participants will also learn how ventilation concepts and sustainable heat supply can be taken into account during refurbishment. The theoretical knowledge transfer is rounded off by presentations of successful serial EnerPHit refurbishments that have already been carried out.
In the days following this workshop on 5 and 6 April 2024, the 27th International Passive House Conference and Exhibition - the hub of energy-efficient building - will also take place in Innsbruck. Stay in Innsbruck for this unique opportunity!
